Evergreen believes that healing and mental wellness is possible. Our groups are cultivated to help you address personal concerns within the context of safety and community.

Summoning brave adventurers!

Build confidence, coping skills, distress tolerance while having fun! Join our Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Group and embark on a quest unlike any other. Two groups are available – one for teens & one for adults – with both groups having in-person and virtual options.

Note: The adult group has been expanded — all adults age 18+ are welcome!


Are you looking for creative ways to express yourself? Wanting to explore or add more meaning to your life? Poetry is a great medium for self-exploration, self-expression, and building a meaning-driven life. No experience necessary!

Allied is a virtual group for White-identifying adults seeking to better understand racial tensions and process accompanying emotions. Please click the “sign up” button below if interested in either a virtual group or an in-person group based in Bloomington.


STAND is a group for queer adults to process emotions and build resilience together, in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Please click the “sign up” button below if interested in either a virtual group or an in-person group based in Bloomington or Champaign.


MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy) is a cognitive-behavioral program that helps individuals identify harmful thinking patterns, develop greater moral reasoning, and build a foundation for lasting behavior change. The program is structured around 12–16 steps completed through group and individual work. MRT promotes accountability, positive identity development, and long-term success in relationships, employment, and recovery. This group is offered virtually only.
