Telehealth Only

Every person experiences emotions differently, and it can be scary. Therapy can help you to understand your emotions better and learn how to feel your emotions in a healthy way. Therapy isn’t just a therapist talking at you, it’s a combined effort between you and your therapist. You are in control every step of the way and you get to define the progress that you make.

I am a Licensed Social Worker specializing in anxiety, trauma, and depression symptoms. I use many types of therapies but personalize treatment to what each individual client needs. I work with children and adults in a variety of settings. Talking to someone new can be hard, but I promise to work with you to make the process as comfortable and personalized as possible.
